What types of events do you photograph?
I specialize in San Francisco corporate event photography, covering executive meetings, client receptions, networking events, leadership retreats, tech mixers, investor events, product launches, brand activations, nonprofit galas, awards programs, executive dinners, and multi-day corporate events throughout the Bay Area. Coverage emphasizes keynote presentations, executive interaction, candid moments, branding, atmosphere, and polished imagery created for marketing and communications teams.
What are your rates?
Pricing depends on event scope, duration, location, coverage requirements, and delivery needs. Each event is quoted individually.
As a general guideline:

Half-day coverage (up to 4 hours): starting at $1,200–1,600

Full-day coverage (up to 8 hours): starting at $2,400–3,000
Multi-day conferences, executive offsites, and larger productions are scoped individually.
Rates include professional editing, high-resolution images, and standard internal and marketing usage rights. Nonprofit and mission-driven organizations may receive adjusted pricing depending on scope and budget.
How do I book you?
A signed contract and 50% retainer secure your date. Final payment is due before delivery. Credit cards and invoicing are accepted.
When will I receive my photos?
Most galleries are delivered within one week of your event. Highlight images are available within 24–48 hours, with complete galleries delivered promptly afterward.
Do you offer videography?
I specialize in professional event photography. For many corporate events, a few candid phone video clips are all that's needed for LinkedIn, Stories, and social media, and I'm happy to capture those as time allows while photographing your event. If your event requires professional video coverage, I'm happy to recommend trusted Bay Area videographers to my photography clients.

When Everyone Is Already Together
Bringing the right people into the same room is often the hardest part of a corporate event. Executives travel from other offices, leadership teams rarely share a schedule, and board members or distributed colleagues are coordinated months in advance.
Once everyone is together, the event becomes an opportunity to create photographs that would otherwise require another production day. A small amount of planning before the event can make that rare gathering useful in ways that extend well beyond the program itself.
Executive portraits, leadership photographs, and team images are common examples, planned as part of the day rather than added afterward. The result is an image library that continues to be useful long after the event has ended.
