Nico Henderson is a San Francisco corporate event photographer based in the Mission District and the person behind Nico Hend Photography since 2017.

I photograph conferences, executive offsites, startup events, and corporate gatherings with an observational, unobtrusive approach that balances efficient coverage with authentic, polished imagery.

I work directly with companies, startups, nonprofits, venture-backed organizations, and production teams across San Francisco and the Bay Area, covering everything from multi-day conferences and summits to executive gatherings, private dinners, investor events, and company programs. Past clients include HSBC, Hulu, Citadel, Intuit Mailchimp, CNBC, and UCLA Law.

My approach leans photojournalistic, focused on authentic interactions, unscripted moments, and the details that help define an event. The goal is to create polished, purposeful imagery that feels natural, professional, and aligned with your brand.

As an owner-operated business, I work independently inside fast-moving corporate environments while maintaining a trusted network of additional photographers for conferences and multi-room events when needed. I deliver organized galleries used across communications, PR, sponsor recaps, and event promotion, and regularly work at venues across San Francisco and the Bay Area, including Moscone Center.

Outside of client work, I’m usually out with a camera anyway, walking the city and photographing whatever catches my eye. Otherwise, you’ll find me watching films, reading, and recharging at home with my cats.
