When Discretion Is Non-Negotiable

VIP dinners and executive panels operate under different rules than large-scale conferences. Guest lists are private. Conversations are sensitive. Some attendees prefer not to be photographed at all.

This environment is familiar - having worked alongside C-suite executives, media talent, and high-profile guests at events including the CNBC Changemakers Dinner at Boulevard Restaurant. No flash in private moments, no intrusive angles, full awareness of who in the room should and shouldn't be on camera. NDA environments handled without friction.

CASE STUDY

CNBC Changemakers Dinner

Boulevard · San Francisco · Executive dinner

CNBC brought its Changemakers Dinner series to San Francisco for a private dinner at Boulevard, with roughly 35 guests seated in one of the restaurant's private dining rooms. Coverage focused on arrivals, networking, and the early dinner program — the part of the evening where the room is still moving and conversations are forming.

The brief included full buyout licensing for editorial, social, and press use. The goal was to create a set of images with enough range to work across multiple contexts: branding, guest interaction, atmosphere, and editorial-style candids.
