My approach to corporate event photography is observational, with a polished editorial finish. I balance the photographs clients expect with the candid conversations, interactions, connections, and energy of the room they might otherwise miss.
When direction is needed, whether for speakers, award recipients, executive portraits, group photographs, or team portraits, it’s efficient and purposeful before returning to the flow of the event.
The result is a gallery that captures both what happened and what it felt like to be there.
How I Approach Corporate Event Photography
Corporate events have been the focus of my business since 2017. You’ll work directly with me from planning through delivery, with additional photographers coordinated when simultaneous sessions, multi-room programs, or larger conferences require expanded coverage.
Before the event, we’ll review the run of show, key participants, venue logistics, and priority photographs so coverage is built around your schedule and communications needs.
During the event, I work independently and stay attentive to both the scheduled program and what is happening around it: speakers, audience reactions, conversations, introductions, networking, group photographs, branded details, and the overall energy of the room.
Event photographs are often needed for marketing, public relations, social media, company websites, internal communications, and future event promotion, so those uses are considered from the start.
Standard corporate usage rights are included, with expedited and same-day delivery available when timing is important.
Whether I’m photographing a corporate dinner, an executive event, or a multi-day conference with hundreds of attendees, the objective remains the same: photography should be one less thing your team has to manage onsite.

How much does corporate event photography cost in San Francisco?
Corporate event photography is quoted based on coverage time, event schedule, location, deliverables, delivery timeline, and whether additional photographers are required.
Once I know the date, timing, venue, and basic scope of your event, I can provide a detailed estimate.
Can you photograph simultaneous sessions or multi-room conferences?
Yes. Additional photographers can be coordinated for conferences and larger corporate events with simultaneous sessions.
Coverage is planned around the run of show so keynotes, breakout sessions, panels, networking, sponsor activations, and other priorities can be photographed consistently.
Do you photograph candid interactions as well as speakers and scheduled moments?
Yes. My approach is observational, with a polished editorial finish. Coverage includes speakers, presentations, group photographs, and other expected moments as well as candid conversations, audience reactions, networking, guest interactions, and the energy of the room.
Can you take group photographs or portraits during the event?
Yes. Group photographs, speaker portraits, executive portraits, award recipients, and team photographs can be incorporated into event coverage when needed.
When a more extensive portrait session is planned during the event, we can build it into the schedule in advance.
How quickly are corporate event photographs delivered?
A highlight set is generally delivered within 24–48 hours, with the complete edited gallery typically delivered within one week.
Expedited and same-day delivery are available for events with time-sensitive social media, communications, or press needs.
Are you insured?
Yes. I carry general liability insurance and can provide a Certificate of Insurance upon request.
Which venues do you regularly photograph at?
I regularly photograph events at venues throughout San Francisco and the Bay Area, including Moscone Center, Pier 27, SFMOMA, The Jay, Julia Morgan Ballroom, Palace Hotel, Convene, Chase Center, the Fairmont San Francisco, Presidio Theatre, and Fort Mason.
