My approach to corporate event photography is documentary and observational, balancing the photographs clients expect with the interactions they might otherwise miss. When direction is needed, whether for executive portraits, award recipients, or team photographs, it's efficient and purposeful before returning to the flow of the event.
The result is a gallery that captures both what happened and what it felt like to be there.
How I Work
Corporate events have been the focus of my business since 2017. You’ll work directly with me from planning through delivery, with additional photographers coordinated when simultaneous sessions, multi-room programs, or larger conferences require expanded coverage.
Before the event, we’ll review the run of show, key participants, venue logistics, and priority photographs so coverage is built around your schedule and communications needs.
Highlights are available within 24–48 hours, with edited galleries generally delivered within one week. Event photographs are often needed across marketing, PR, social media, company websites, internal communications, and future event promotion, so coverage is approached with those uses in mind from the start. Standard corporate usage rights are included, with expedited delivery available when timing is important.
Whether I’m photographing a small leadership retreat, an investor gathering, or a multi-day conference with hundreds of attendees, the objective remains the same: photography should be one less thing your team has to manage onsite.
Conferences, Summits & Corporate Programs
Keynotes, panels, breakout sessions, fireside chats, audience reactions, networking, sponsor activations, trade shows, product demonstrations, and executive programming at venues including Moscone Center, Convene, and Fort Mason. Coverage can scale from a single photographer to coordinated teams for multi-day conferences, simultaneous sessions, and multi-room programs.
Executive, Leadership & Client Events
Executive meetings, leadership retreats, investor gatherings, board and advisory events, client receptions, tech mixers, networking events, and private corporate gatherings throughout San Francisco's Financial District, SoMa, and Mission Bay. Coverage includes the scheduled program as well as the conversations, introductions, and interactions happening around it.
When executives, speakers, or team members are already together for an event, a short portrait session can also be incorporated into the schedule for updated executive headshots and team portraits.
Corporate Dinners, Panels & Receptions
Executive dinners, client dinners, panel discussions, fireside chats, cocktail receptions, networking events, and private gatherings at hotels, restaurants, private clubs, and venues throughout San Francisco. Photography covers speakers and programmed moments alongside table conversations, guest interactions, venue details, and the atmosphere of the event.
Brand Activations, Launches & Company Events
Product launches, brand activations, experiential events, sales kickoffs, team offsites, company celebrations, and employee events at locations ranging from SFMOMA and Chase Center to offices and temporary branded spaces throughout San Francisco. Coverage includes guests interacting with the experience, branded environments, products, signage, presentations, details, and the broader atmosphere.
Galas, Awards & Organization Events
Nonprofit galas, fundraising events, awards programs, university events, association gatherings, and organization celebrations at venues including Pier 27 and the Fairmont San Francisco. Coverage can include receptions, speakers, honorees, performances, fundraising moments, sponsors, guests, and the interactions that create a complete record of the event.
Holiday Parties & Company Celebrations
Corporate holiday parties, year-end celebrations, team events, employee recognition, and company gatherings, from smaller office celebrations to large-scale events at venues such as San Francisco City Hall. How much does corporate event photography cost in San Francisco?
Corporate event photography is quoted based on coverage time, event schedule, location, deliverables, and whether additional photographers or expedited delivery are required. Once I know the date, timing, venue, and basic scope of your event, I can provide a detailed estimate.
Can you photograph simultaneous sessions or multi-room conferences?
Yes. For conferences and larger corporate events with simultaneous sessions, additional photographers can be added when needed. Coverage is planned around the run of show so keynotes, breakout sessions, networking, sponsor activations, and other priorities can be covered consistently.
How quickly are corporate event photographs delivered?
A highlight set is generally delivered within 24–48 hours, with the complete edited gallery typically delivered within one week. Expedited and same-day delivery are available for events with time-sensitive communications or media needs.
Are you insured?
Yes. I carry general liability insurance and can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon request.

I regularly photograph events at venues throughout San Francisco and the Bay Area, including Moscone Center, Pier 27, SFMOMA, The Jay, Julia Morgan Ballroom, Palace Hotel, Convene, Chase Center, the Fairmont San Francisco, Presidio Theatre, and Fort Mason. These are just a few examples. I’ve been photographing corporate events throughout San Francisco and the Bay Area since 2017, and I’m accustomed to walking into new spaces, getting oriented quickly, and adapting coverage to the room, schedule, and program.
