San Francisco Corporate Event Photographer
Nico Hend Photography provides corporate event photography throughout San Francisco and the Bay Area for organizations that need polished, editorial imagery of the people, moments, and relationships that define their events.
From Moscone Center, Pier 27, SFMOMA, and venues throughout San Francisco's Financial District, SoMa, Mission Bay, and the greater Bay Area, each event is photographed with the same goal: creating photographs that continue to be useful long after the event has ended.
Clients Include:
HSBC • Hulu • Citadel • Intuit Mailchimp • CNBC • UCLA Law • UC Berkeley
Clients have described Nico's photography as 'beautiful,' 'creative,' and 'authentic,' while praising her ability to 'capture the energy and atmosphere' of each event.
Since 2017, Nico has documented leadership retreats, client events, tech mixers, investor gatherings, and company milestones for organizations throughout the Bay Area. The resulting photography supports marketing, communications, public relations, websites, and social media, with coverage of the people, programming, brand elements, and details that matter to each organization.
San Francisco Bay Area Corporate Event Photography
Every event has at least two stories.
The one on the agenda. And the one unfolding between keynote sessions, conversations, introductions, and the quiet moments that make the day memorable.
My approach to corporate event photography is documentary and observational, balancing the moments clients expect with the interactions they might otherwise miss. When direction is needed, whether for executive portraits, award recipients, or team photos, it's efficient and purposeful before returning to the natural flow of the event.
The result is a gallery that captures both what happened and what it felt like to be there.

Conferences & Corporate Programs
From keynotes and panels to audience reactions, networking and product demonstrations, conference coverage follows both the programmed moments and everything happening around them. Multi-day and multi-room events can scale to additional photographers when broader coverage is needed.

Executive & Client Events
Leadership meetings, executive dinners, investor gatherings, fireside chats and client receptions call for photography that captures the people in the room as well as the program itself, including the conversations and interactions that happen around the agenda.
Brand Activations & Company Events
Product launches, brand activations, sales kickoffs, team offsites and company celebrations are photographed with attention to the experience as a whole: people, branded environments, product interaction, details and atmosphere.
Galas & Organization Events
Galas, awards programs and nonprofit events combine formal programming with the energy of the room. Coverage includes speakers, honorees, guests, fundraising moments and the interactions that give organizations a complete record of the event.

How I Work
You'll work directly with me from planning through delivery. I personally photograph the vast majority of the events I book, expanding the team only when larger productions require additional coverage, while remaining your primary point of contact throughout the project.
Before the event, we'll review the run of show, key participants, and any priority photographs your team needs.
Whether photographing an executive meeting for a small leadership team or a multi-day conference with hundreds of attendees, the objective remains the same: photography should be one less thing your team has to manage onsite.
