Every Corporate Event Has Two Stories
The one on the agenda. And the one unfolding between keynote sessions, conversations, introductions, and the moments that give an event its character.
My approach to corporate event photography is observational, with a polished editorial finish. I look for dynamic photographs throughout the event, balancing the images clients expect, including speakers and audience engagement, with the candid conversations, connections, details, and atmosphere they might otherwise miss.
When direction is needed for speakers, award recipients, executives, or groups, it’s efficient and purposeful before returning to the flow of the event.
The result is a gallery that captures both what happened and what it felt like to be there.

From Executive Dinners to Multi-Day Conferences
For nearly a decade, I've specialized in corporate event photography. Working with large agencies on Fortune 500 programs taught me the pace and logistics of high-stakes events. Along the way, I built Nico Hend Photography, and today I work directly with clients on executive dinners, receptions and summits, including Three Sticks Wines × Ken Fulk at The Huntington Hotel.
I've always been drawn to corporate events because we're both there to do a job. You're bringing people together to move something forward; I'm there to photograph how that plays out. When a speaker says something that makes two people turn to look at each other, that's a frame I want in the gallery.
For larger events, I lead a team of trusted associate photographers covering simultaneous sessions, multiple locations and multi-day programs, including a three-photographer team for Strut's 10-year anniversary at The Jay. When I'm already booked, I can arrange coverage with an associate photographer. Either way, I coordinate the coverage and remain your point of contact throughout.
