Experience Behind Every Event
Before launching Nico Hend Photography in 2017, I worked with large photography agencies, where I learned the pace, logistics, and expectations of corporate events for Fortune 500 companies.
My corporate event work has taken me to San Francisco venues including Moscone Center, Pier 27, SFMOMA, The Jay, Julia Morgan Ballroom, Palace Hotel, W San Francisco, The Battery, One Sansome, Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, and venues throughout the Bay Area.
My clients include companies and organizations across financial services, technology, media, law, higher education, consumer brands, and the nonprofit sector.

I personally photograph the vast majority of the events I accept. The photographer you speak with during planning is the photographer who shows up on the day.

The photographs throughout my portfolio reflect the way I photograph events because I'm the person who took them.
For larger conferences and multi-room programs that require additional coverage, I bring in trusted associate photographers while remaining your primary photographer and point of contact.

The one on the agenda. And the one unfolding between keynote sessions, conversations, introductions, and the moments that give an event its character.
My approach to corporate event photography is observational, with a polished editorial finish. I balance the photographs clients expect with the candid conversations, interactions, connections, and energy of the room they might otherwise miss.
When direction is needed, whether for speakers, award recipients, executive portraits, group photographs, or team portraits, it’s efficient and purposeful before returning to the flow of the event.
The result is a gallery that captures both what happened and what it felt like to be there.
